Reflections on My First Full Year in Lexington working with Rector Hayden
Before I started thinking of moving to Lexington I would see all these Rector Hayden signs in peoples yards and I assumed they must be some large realtor east of the Mississippi.
When our first grandchild Sam was born we began to think seriously of moving to Lexington so I began searching for homes on LBAR. My searching was again dominated by Rector Hayden listed homes.
Initially I wasn't interested in working with a large realtor but I have a friend who pointed out an agency with that kind of market share must be doing something right.
Check out the chart below to see how Rector Hayden once again dominated the Central Kentucky Market. Click here for a link to the complete report for each of the Central Kentucky Counties.
When I sat down with the RHR brokers and studied their policy manual I was convinced this would be the best place for me to work. Rector Hayden gave me the immediate advantage of name recognition and trust. Being from the Pacific Northwest with no connections other than two children I could not begin to estimate the value of trust and name recognition.
Rector Hayden has exceeded my expectations.
The office staff and brokers are exceedingly knowledgeable, helpful and kind.
Mike Moynahan my mentor and friend has gone above board to really help me make the adjustment to a new market, a new state and a new culture.
My number of transactions for the year was higher than that of the average realtor in Lexington.
