794 Possum Trot, A Central Kentucky Miracle

794 Possum Trot Road in Manchester, Magical, Majestic and Miraculous

I listed this property almost a year ago and eveyone who has come to view this wonderful piece of paradise has absolutely fallen in love with it.  However it still has not sold so obviously there is someone out there yet that will get to live and love this property.

Possum Trot is a bit of unspoiled land in Central Kentucky, less than an hour from Berea, a little more than one and a half hours from Lexington and north of Manchester about 15 miles.

The property has a well maintained electrically heated 2,000 squre foot home with additional facilities to make a total of over 30 beds.  It was a retreat center for many years for writers who came and stayed for several weeks at a time.  Tennessee Williams was one of the better known authors to visit Possum Trot.

This particular video features the Wigwam which is located about a ten minute walk from the house.  The wigwam is the center of the retreat area that has served churches, wedding parties and writers groups for several decades.  There are concrete picnic tables and benches outside the wigwam, sleeping area for 20 persons and various bathrooms.

There are other videos of 794 Possum Trot.  To really understand the beauty and attraction of this special place please give me a call and we will go visit.
